I started with Kiva about eight months ago, and as the new IT guy I decided to put in place a new backup and monitoring regime for our users. We decided to go with JungleDisk, and we’re super happy with it. Also, we approached JungleDisk with our cause and they wanted to support us.
If you don't know Jungledisk is, it's an online backup solution - you install the JungleDisk workgroup app, and it backs up your computer to disk space you rent online (in our case at Amazon S3).
