Have you ever wondered how Kiva manages to post so many loans on Kiva.org? Behind the scenes, our dedicated worldwide teams of editing and translation volunteers review loan descriptions that come in from the field and prepare them for posting. With Kiva's success, these teams have been growing. To keep them working smoothly, we are looking for several highly committed volunteers to lead teams of up to 35 members.

If you would like to use your professional skills to help create social impact, then this is the right opportunity for you. It is ideal for someone who would love to volunteer with the dynamic, creative organization that invented web-based person-to-person microfinance, and who wants to do all this from the comfort of their home office, kitchen table, or neighborhood internet cafe.
