Last Thursday we hosted our first ever Kiva Insights call with President Premal Shah and super-lender, author and activist Bob Harris. We were thrilled that dozens of Kiva lenders and community members joined in to learn more about how Kiva is evolving to serve more borrowers -- and to ask important questions.
We were also excited to get several questions that made us think hard about Kiva's mission, why we do what we do, and what more we can be doing to help lenders get their dollars into the hands of the borrowers who need them most.
Below is a recording of the Q&A portion of the Insights call. Listen in to hear Shah and Harris address issues ranging from cause-based lending to non-MFI partners to loan expirations.
You can also check out the slide deck we presented during the call:
Thanks so much again for engaging with us. Together, we can help support millions more borrowers around the world.
