It's official! One million people around the world have made a loan on Kiva!
We're so grateful to each and every one of our lenders who have helped build Kiva into the organization it is today. Your loans have helped people start businesses, grow their livelihoods, expand farms, build houses, buy chickens, send children to school, switch to organic farming, go solar, and so much more. You deserve a round of applause!
We've heard from a number of members of our community that they'd love to get their hands on a Kiva T-shirt. So, to celebrate this milestone, we're offering a limited edition 'One in a Million' shirt for sale on Skreened! You can get yours today, and a portion of the proceeds will be used to make even more loans on Kiva.
Get your T-shirt here.
We're absolutely floored, humbled and delighted by our lenders' commitment to making the world a better place. When Kiva hits 10 million, you can say that you were one of the first!
Thank you so much.
